Dark History: Memoirs of Mastro Titta, executioner of Rome [Part 1] *** MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY ***
Description
*MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY* Between March 22, 1796 and August 17, 1864, Giovanni Battista Bugatti - known as Mastro Titta - executed 514 people. Donning his trademark crimson robe, he was said to be equally skilled with each of the punishments he inflicted for 68 years, whether it be quartering, the mallet, the gallows or the guillotine. Both Charles Dickens and Lord Byron witnessed one of his executions.
In this episode, I will take you through the first part of the gruesome memoir said to have compiled from the ledger in which he meticulously took down the names, crimes and manner of death of all those unlucky enough to cross paths with him.
